Orange Upside Down Biscuits
The sweet biscuits with a sticky, orange coating are a real favorite with children and adults alike.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans of Pillsbury Grands Crescent rolls
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup of Smucker's Orange Marmalade
1/2 cup Land O Lake Butter melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange rind
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400. In a small pot combine orange juice, marmalade and 1/4 cup butter. Cook over LOW heat until butter has melted. Pour into round 9-inch cake pan.
Roll out the crescent rolls flat in their triangle shape. Melt the remaining butter and brush it over the triangles. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar, the cinnamon and grated orange rind.
Place the triangle crescent rolls into the pan to form a spoke type effect...have the points of the triangle all facing the center of the pan.
Bake 30 mins or until the top is brown. Turn the biscuits upside down on a plate.
