Spicy Shrimp Bake
Deliciously light … served warm as an entree or take along cold as a picnic treat!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients per serving:
2 triangles of Pillsbury Multigrain Croissants,
1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese,
½ tsp lemon or lime juice,
½ tsp dried chili flakes,
1 ½ tsp dried dill,
approx. ¼ cup thawed peeled and deveined shrimps (medium size) – or as many as you like,
1 small egg (whisked)
INSTRUCTIONS
Oven:
Preheat to 375 F / 190 C
Preparation of dough:
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Take 2 triangles of Pillsbury Multigrain Croissants - combine the triangles by folding them together and then roll out into one 7 x 7 inch rectangle with a rolling pin
- Place on parchment paper
Filling:
- In mixing bowl, combine low-fat cream cheese, lemon juice, chili flakes and dried dill
- Spoon filling onto middle of dough, top with shrimps and fold over – brush with egg wash
- Bake in middle of oven at 375 F / 190 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with salad
