Chicken Biscuit Stew
A delicious, hearty stew perfect for a cool, fall evening!

INGREDIENTS
1 can Pillsbury Country Biscuits
4 - 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup of water
2 Tsp Poultry Seasoning
2 cups diced carrot
2 cups of diced turnip
1 chopped onion
6-7 peeled, cubed potatoes
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375C.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Put chicken in medium roaster.
Season with 1 tsp. of poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Bake for about 30 min. until chicken is lightly browned.
Stir in soup, water, vegetables and remaining poultry seasoning.
Cover. Reduce oven to 350C and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Remove from oven. Separate Biscuits and place on top of stew.
Cover and bake for another 20 min.
